Signs of Storm Damage to Asphalt Shingles.

  • Hail: May cause circular granule loss to asphalt shingles. Granules help protect your roof from the suns powerful UV rays. Without them, the useful service life of the roof is significantly reduced. Even small hail can cause severe damage when combined with strong winds. We offer free roof inspections, so give us a call if you have recently experienced hail.
  • Wind: Strong winds can result in creased or missing shingles. Creased shingles shed their granules, which has a similar effect to hail damage. Shingles that are completely missing are even more serious. Absent shingles may allow water to enter your home which may cause thousands of dollars in damage. Fuchs Roofing will work with your insurance company to repair or replace your roof. Call for a free inspection.
